Formado em Realização Técnica do Espectáculo pela Academia Contemporânea do Espectáculo tem desenvolvido actividade em numerosos projectos em Portugal e no Estrangeiro, trabalhando, entre outros com, Teatro Nacional São João, Rivoli Teatro Municipal, Fundação de Serralves, Companhia Olga Roriz, Imaginarius, Teatro do Bolhão, Circolando e NEC – Núcleo de Experimentação Coreográfica.
É licenciada em Teatro / Estudos Teatrais com especialização em voz pela Escola Superior de Música e das Artes do Espectáculo do Instituto Politécnico do Porto. Na ESMAE frequentou também o curso livre de Produção.Teve ainda formação na área de voz com Maria João Serrão, António Salgado, Maria Luís França e Luís Madureira.
